imaging

i have been interested in digital imaging for a couple of years now. even though merely one hobby among others in the beginning, this interest has eventually grown into a serious passion. by now, i have taken more than 80,000 images. these comprise mainly photographs of viking age and later medieval coins from european museums. the photographs were used, inter alia, to illustrate the catalogue of medieval german coins in the collection of uppsala university, which includes about 1,400 images alone.
